Brake pads wear unevenly
Hey guys, anybody else have this problem? I just changed my front pads last weekend due to the sensor tripping.
I found my right pads work to the sensor but the left pads had quite a bit more left. I changed them previously about 10k miles ago. Is this normal wear? I did replace the rotors this time too.
Another question, when I leave in the morning after heating up the car. I feel a vibration from the rear while driving, it lasts maybe 10 mins then ok. Any idea what it could be?
Thanks,
Sunny

things with and without wheels
Hey Sunny your uneven brake wear might be due to bad caliper- sticking .
When you did your brakes last time did it retract ok? and what did you use to push it back?If you used a c-clamp then you might not feel the fault in the caliper. Also I would check , clean or lube the sliding mechanism that the calipers rides on it can hang up and cause the uneven wear too.
