Need Help buying an E320 wagon, 2002.
Hey guys..I look like a noob, but my old account "hecdog" was deactivated. I used to frequent the board when I had a 2004 ML350.
Anyway, someone is selling an E320 wagon in silver for $21k. It has $45k miles on it and has the 3rd row, no heated seats. Is this a good deal? They're offering a 3rd party warrenty for 24k/2yrs at no extra charge. It has no issues and has got a clean title.
I went by a Mercedes dealership today and they had the same wagon with 10k more miles listed for $31k. What gives?
Is this a good car to look at? any issues?

These cars aren't selling for the dealer's money...never. The $21k car sounds like an OK deal, it ain't no steal. There are lots of these wagons around. Haven't you noticed how far prices have dropped?
