Cold air intake. worth it?

I got a Grouppe M for your E320 but its made out of carbon fiber with K&N in it and its little more money. I'm asking $350 for it, new was like $700, i used it for no more than 800 miles.

actually yes i do ... especially since i have a compressor on my car.
as far as i know colder air has a higher oxygen rate, thats why cold air is better.
i actually want to by an intercooler which is coold by methanol injection so the komp only gets cold air no matter the weather

guys its simple logic. Cold air is more dense. hot air is thinner. So the colder it is the denser the air is. the denser the air, the more oxygen.

jesus christ, this thing TEARS ***. I love it. I managed to drain half a tank of gas after i left the parking lot just flooring it. I managed to kill all in one day. a g35 coupe, a evo, a lex gs300, a lex gs 400, a honda civic, and a nisan altima. I love this intake its loud and in your face, turns heads like a mother****er. Thanks. Btw i still havent heard if you got my payment for the cdplayer and the lip spoiler. I just want to make sure you got the money. But i'll go with the idea no news is good news. great doing business with you.
Oh yea b4 i forget, i might need your paint guy, i went to the dealer to get the lip spoiler painted and its guna cost 300 dollers to get it painted. How much would it cost at your guy?

Hey Tommy I'm glad You like the Grouppe M intake. As for painting that spoiler we could meet up and go to my guy but for sure he wont charge You $300. By the way i think you got so excited with the intake that you dont remember calling me the same day about the paymen but its ok and i got the payment. Tommy also if You need any mechanical work done on ur car the tall guy that came with me is really good and he dont charge like dealer does, u got my # call me whenever u need anything done on ur car.

When u get the kit we can go and get an estimate but like i told u before he charges $250 per element plus whatever time he spends on mountinh the kit.
