Comand unit on W210 (Pre-facelift)

Hi, guys.
I have the only comand unit in my city on W210 of 1999

.
Does anybody have any info (virtually any manuals or doc's will help) on my Comand unit. This car was brought from Japan. Some menu still in Japanees, any ideas how to change them to English?

TV doesn't tune up properly... where is aerial for TV? may be I don't have one?

I saw photo of same unit in some post here dated last year.

You Can TRY to order a Owners manual in English From a Japan Mercedes Dealer..as It May have a English translation in it..

I Tried to Install the Japan Comand/Climate control into my W210...Steve Aka MBENZNL could not Not get it work

As it takes several items to change out.. It Sure Looks Cool! Good Luck!

Steering wheel in my car is on the left and we drive on the righthand (right

)) side of the road, so no problems with that

.
Any ideas how can I connect CD-MP3 player to this? Can it be controlled from the unit? I checked glove compartment - there is no mini-jack socket, so I can't even connect non-controlled from the unit mp3- player...

If you do not need the japanese items, I would swap them out for a regular comand and climate control.

sunman that would be so great, but I'm living in Turkmenistan (by the Caspian sea)... I wonder if we could do swap over mail. Difficult. Do you have any info on this japanese comand?
