Go for 19"s, and keep in mind that image 3 is compliemnted by the body of that BMW, which you don't own. The lines, and fenders of your car all compliment the rims you rpurchase, and vice versa.
Personally, image 1 is prolly the best if those are your choices. A classic star pattern can never be played out, esp. for a 2000 E Class.
Although, the Zennetti Heirs are also kick ***, and would look sick on your ride. Then again, there's tons of sets out there.
