What can replace this?
I have a 1998 E320 in Obsidion Black and was wondering
i was looking at this car and inspecting it, and i really dont wanna work with this car
so, what if i wanted to sell it
what is car that i can consider
right now it would be
2000-2002 BMW M3
or
2001-2003 Audi A4,or A6
anyother suggestions
and please no jap or american cars....i wanna keep it euro in my family

well your choices are kinda different.
The m3 is gonna ride hard, be much faster, and handle better. But its not gonna have as much luxury or coddling. They are good cars, but imho, they get a touch boring after a while.
For a luxo cruiser thats similar to the mb, the A6 would be a nice choice. I don't find it to be quite as luxurious inside, but its well made and attractive.

if ur looking at an m3...stay close to MB and go look at a c43 or c55...those m3's are pretty i know...i want to get one as well.
for the 4 door look..why not e55? the 2000-2002 bodystyle is fast,smooth..just a great overall car

My mechanic is always working on one when i go to visit him....they have too much maintanence to worry about

Great suggestions. I would go the e46 route or e55.
If your really wanting to mod it I would go the BMW way. Cheaper and would be more fun to drive. I had an e36 that was a fun toy.
Other than the e55 these are comfy sofa's

Since you've mentioned that you are looking at 2k-2k2 M3, I'd assume you have a price ceiling to stay under. If that's the case, perhaps consider the new 335i(sedan or coupe, both have the same 3.0L TT engine). The coupe comes with sports pkg as standard and performance is nearly on par with the E46 M3, while being more comfortable and not as raw. The engine can easily be tuned to provide more hp/torque for small amount of money(eg ECU flash) if that's what you're looking for.
Of course you can go the practical route by choosing the 335 sedan.
