Loooong A** Post
First off, let me say thanks to all the members of MBWORLD for being helpful and easy to talk to. These forums are probably the best thing out there, and they shouldnt be taken for granted...there is some important info/help that has been here.
Thats enough of the mushy stuff. NOW I need your guys's help!
I know this has probably been posted a million times over...but i want this thread to be the end all of all my questions regarding this topic/topics.
I appreciate your feedback and I assure you ive spent alot of time reading through all the threads and honestly im confused.

Things I am looking to mod.....
The front bumper reflectors-im gonna purchase the clear ones soon-which bulb do I need for these?
The rear license plate- ive read through the $10 mod thread-SO far i understand i need 6-led festoons from ebay...but i dont get the resistor part....some say u need it so u dont get lamp defective...some say the post facelift w210's dont need it...some say it flickers...IDK..someone please give me a clear cut explanation of this...
The mud/courtesy lights---which bulbs do I need for these...same ones as above...if so...do these need a resistor...whats a good brand/seller for all these bulbs-Whitey with the white w210..good job on it
BIG ONE-The City/day driving lights-Im looking for a blue bulb-h7.these are just plug and play right...no resistors or lamp defective light...To my knowlege i need blue h7 bulbs and they fit right it and thats it...
Also, the guy with the white pre-facelift w210...i think the names whitey(my bad if im wrong)- I LOVE ur set up with the footwells..i wanted to know what bulbs u needed anf if u needed to do any extra modding to make it fade/in out like it does now with u open/close the door.
Also, which lights do i need for my reading/inside lights...is this hard to do...opening the cluster and what not.
My main goal is to get the higer quailty stuff and stay away from "Lamp Defective signs"
Im gonna apologize in advance if all of these have been answered...and if something i said up there is wrong..feel free to correct it. Im jsut after the solid straight answer...no maybe's and it worked for me.
Thanks for all the replys in advance...and thanks for your help.

Im using the LED mud/courtesy lights on mine with no lamp defective message. I have yet to use them on the rear plate yet though. But I know for sure you dont need resistors for teh mud/courtesy lights.

i think i kno wht ur trying to put
some people have installed silverstars on their low beam headlights, it has the whiteness of xenon minus the ballasts and D2S bulbs, great alternative but not recommended for extra output
whitey's car has the LED under lights that activate when the doors are open. Easily found on eBay
as for the filters ur better off ditching the stock airbox and installing a 3" cone filter that way the airflow to the MAF won't be that restricted and if opsitioned correctly you will get more power in the mid range
hope that helps

For the LED lights on the interior go to www.superbrightleds.com and get the following
3 (two front, one rear dome lights) of the 44mm Dual high flux LED bulbs (you can use the 39mm but 44mm will fit better)
4 39mm 9LED bulbs for the puddle lights on the doors
3 194 bulb 5LED style bulbs for the map/reading lights
You can use LEDs in your city lights as well
