Incorrect Gear Ratio !

Incorrect Gear Ratio !
Hi evryone. I've been a passive reader on this forum for about 4-5 years and it feels like I know you all, but now I've got something I'd like to share.
I've got 97 E420 in witch I have just replaced the motor alone with tranny.
I bought the car with bad motor. Oil pump was cloged.... you know. I think somebody did somethig to it for a reason but that's another story. Transmission was ok but I switched them bouth anyway. Now check light is on and I got P0730 code " Incorrect Gear Ratio" on the scaner
No that is a 97 E420 transmission. I pooled it out of the same car my self. It has to be a tranny controler thing.
But just think about it for a second. Someone somewhere in Germany actuialy created a CODE P0730 saying: "I got a wrong Transmission in your car" ............
ok, realy any ideas anyone?

PLEASE POST PIC'S sorry, i kinda fin this funny. I'm not being a *****, but this is kinda funny that they made a code like that
