Can I run 18" 8.5" wide wheels with ET32 offset on the front and rear of my vehicle? Im also planning on lowering 1.4". Car is a '98 E320 4-Matic, and my apologies if this has been discussed, I searched far and wide

E 430 99
yes, I run 19 by 8.5 on a 245 35 19.. It does rub, but very little, and the modification is very little and the modification was very small.

To make sure, just run 235 and you should be ok..

You will not have any problems if you run 235/40/18 and do not lower the car. I have a similar setup with ET34. There's more than 2mm of clearance on the outside edge, so ET32 should fit. Don't know whether it would work after lowering.

Out of curiosity, where did you find lowering parts for a 4matic?

Hey I'm pretty sure that the kits from Eibach and H&R correct for models with the self leveling suspension will also work fine with the 4-Matic, if they don't Ill figure something out.

Also, check out the wheel calculator I found:

http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp

I figure I will be fine with 235/40/18 and going down 1.2 to 1.4 inches based on the pictures, and some measurements I took off of a 99 E55 we had at our dealership..

Btw, check out the wheels...
