Allignment job

I have been having problems with my allignment. I took my car to Good Year to get the job done. I bought the camber adjustment bolts at the "stealer", they did nothing. They told me they couldn't adjust it. Will I have to take it to the dealer??? My car is still pulling to the right. I also changed the ball joints and the struts to bilstien sport.

my cousin had his lowered 98 w210 alligned at MOTORSPORT something at hayward exit winton west. i'm also going to get my car alligned there. it will probably cost $100 to $120. he didn't even need to get a camber kit nor camber bolts. so far so good. it's been 5 months since he had his car alligned.

i don't understand why you don't take the car to dealer for allignment, it only costs roughly $110

saving $20 and taking it to Good Year, do you even think they have the correct specs for MBs yet alone proper rack?

Dealers (at least the ones in southern California) will align a lowered car. My local dealer has alignment specs for multiple ride heights. This is necessary because camber is directly affected by ride height.

You may want to ask Goodyear for the alignment specs they used. When you have it done at a dealer, they can print you the "before and after spec sheet". You can use that to compare what Goodyear says they did, versus the results. You may be surprised at what you see.

I have used Goodyear for a few things, mainly tires and alignments on several cars. Generally, I think they know what they're doing in this regard, but I have decided to use my dealer on the Benz from now on. For one thing, I don't think they know that our lug nuts require the proper torque, nor do I think they have the equipment to do that.
