2K E430 center vent no air but only windshield vent - pls help
Hi guys.
I have a 2000 E430 with the climate control computer panel. With the A/C on there is no air coming out of the center vents - the air comes out of the windshield vents. The side vents are ok. With the manual climate override on ( man with the three arrows) - the problem still exists.
A local MB service rep says there is a "central flap/door" that controls the air flow between the center and windshield vents.
Are you aware of this central flap/door and is it a DIY repair?
