my screen poblem

hi all

I HAVE A 320 E CLASS 98

MY PROBLEM IN THE CD/AC/NAVIGATION SCREEN

MY CAR IS JAPANISE SPCIFICATION ,THAT MEANS THE SCREEN HAS A JAPANISE LAUNGUGE

THE QUSTION IS HOW TO GHANGE IT TO ENGLISH ?

the manual tells you have to change languages, but I believe it is under the setup menu on the navi screen.

I have the same problem as yours.
I posted a thread about this question https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w210/193171-320-e-1997-command-language.html
but received no solution but to change the whole unit.
I am just wondering if the update CD which updates the program can change the language as well.

Also, if anybody has a comand system with multilanguage (english + other), maybe he can help us and write down the steps to change the language from the comand menu and we can trace the steps.

adel and Fares I think ur problems are a bit complicated but best if you ask Steve from www.mbenznl.com maybe he has a solution

altho I really like the nav and aircon screen on the japanese W210s
