Someone please guide me as what is the "Protocol" for my subject car. I am looking for a hand held scanner. I am just interested in getting the DTC and erasing them.
My car has rounded connector with 38 pins which is in the fuse box under the hood. I do have the cable for connecting the 16 pin of any OBD2 scanner.
Last question how can i know that my car is with OBD2 complant. It is japanese specification car. There is no 16 pin connector under the steering or no sticket under the engine hood also
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated
