Any good indy shop in South Florida?

My mechanic is quite good maintaining my car with parts, oil changes etc... However, we disagree on changing transmission oil.
- He just want to do a partial ATF change every 30-40k miles (without draining the torque converter) - his reason is that it should get about 5.5-6 from 8.5 quarts volume and it should be good for 30-40k.
- I want to do a complete ATF drain every 50-60k - as why would I want to do a partial change? (imagine only draining 3/4 of your oil, wash 3/4 of your driveway, drink 3/4 filtered water). However, that's what he does and I can take my car elsewhere for ATF service.
- I'd like to avoid the dealer 1st and those Jiffy Lube 2nd. Any idea where's a good independent shop around Coral Springs, Boca Raton area? that won't cost me an arm and a leg doing ATF services?
- My car is a 98 E320 so it has a torque converter drain, it's approaching 80k - and my mechanic has done a partial ATF service at 45k.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response I know there's DIY everywhere. But right now I don't want to have to buy jack stands, ATF fluid container, thermometer, MB fluid, filter, ATF sticks - then spend all the time to jacking up the car, crawling underneath risking taking a ATF bath when removing the pan.

It's nice and easy when we change oil, window regulator, MAF/insert, spark plugs, or even alternator, serpentine belt - as we can access them from above/top. With ATF, we have to lift the car high up. I really cann't spend the time and don't mind paying 1-1.5 hour for some indy shop to do it just not at dealer extravagant cost.

Regards,
