Need help choosing spring/shock combo

I drive an '02 M3, and the family car is a '97 E420. After driving the M3 for a while, I drove the E for a couple of days and noticed my suspension is bouncing and rebounding quite a bit. With 90,000 miles on it I am pretty sure it needs new shocks, and possibly springs. I would like to firm it up a little over stock, but not much. It has stock 16s and that is what I will stick with, so lowering should be minimal.. I plan on selling the car in about a year to get a new E500, so I don't want to spend much on it and would like to get by with just new shocks. Would any of the Bilstein shocks fit the requirements? What can you recommend?

Bilstein HD's should fit the bill quite nicely. They should firm up the ride on the stock shocks, while getting rid of the float/squat/dive/etc.

I thought about lowering my mom's E430, but will probably just end up dropping HD's into it instead.
