Electrical Issues
Hi guys!
Well here is a question to stump all you puzzle likers!
Car: 1998 E320 Wagon 122k miles.
Issues:
Driver's side window will not respond to switch.
Driver's side Seat Adjustment will not respond to switch.
Driver's side view mirror will not respond to input.
The other windows work fine. The passenger seat adjustment works fine. The passenger side view mirror works fine. It sounds to me like I am not getting juice to the driver's area somewhere. That being said, the light underneath the bottom of the door works. Well, I say it works in that it won't turn off when the headlights are on. It should turn off when you close the door I thought.
Anyone have any suggestions?

No idea really but I guess you have checked the fuses.
The mirror functions are driven by a different unit from that controlling the seat, and the one for the windows. So it does not look like a control unit issue. CAN bus seems the only common factor, in addition to ground wiring.
Just have to get in touch with the control boxes and wires.
