Resonance Intake line switchover valve code fault

I am getting a code fault 01>P1476, resonance intake line swithchover valve y22/7. I had the valve change out but am still getting the fault code.

"Check Engine Electronics" keeps coming on.

The car runs fine but between 1900-2200 rpm, the car sputters, not real bad, but bad enough to feel and the tachometer moves.
I am not sure if the problem is related in any way, but the other day, I stepped on the gas (floored it) and the car downshifted as it is supposed to, but did not accelerate , almost as if the transmission was slipping.

I'm afraid I have a lemon and may want to sell, but anytime there is a problem that the mechanic can't seem to isolate, I get concerned.

Have you ever heard of this issue? I sure would appreciate any input.
