Headlamp Moisture Problems

hey ppl, my headlight just recently started fogging up and getting moisture inside and not just when it rains. it doesnt go away! its practally always fogged up and i was under the impression that it is not fixable. i was wondering if it was or not. i got pictures so u can check it out. Is it fixable? can i save money and not buy a whole new headlamp? Oh yea also my passenger side fog is kinda out of place. i tried moving it back but its rather hard. anyone have any ideas to get it back in place?

take out the whole lamp and take a look around, there has to be a leak there somewhere.

The seal between the lens and reflector can be cracked. I have solved this issue with a couple of cars over the years: Remove the entire assembly, dry the interior with a hair dryer, clean & seal the joint between the lens & reflector with a silicon seal, and reinstall.
