Both of mine broke. I found a thread either on this forum or on Benzworld that detailed how to fix it yourself. I followed the instructions and my mirrors are still working perfectly. Basically, you use a three washers, two nuts, and one bolt on each mirror, if I recall correctly. or, you cam spend a couple hundred on a used mirror that'll probably break anyway.
