Oxygen Sensor

I am getting the CEL on/off on a recurring basis over the last two months . I have read the codes and ..P0141, P0153,P0161,P0136 keep recurring. They are all to do with the rear O2 sensors. Should I just simply replace them? I have 85000 miles on the car. The plugs have been changed and new Mercedes cats were replaced last year under warranty . The car is a 2000 E320 4MAtic (W210), in great shape and maintianed by me (oil/filter) on a regular basis. It appears to be running very well. I have been using regular gas in it for the most part over the last year and recently have changed back to premium. Up here in Vancouver Canada..Meredes wants $162 each for the sensors (part # 000-540-81-17) and Bosch are also available for $100 CDN.
What about using the generic sensors ? Any help would be appreciated.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Did they

ever check the engines condition to see if the early cat failure was due to anything else other then early failure.i.e. oil blow by,faulty fuel etc.
Car must be run on premium, and cat failure may be due to that alone(misfires)
so at 85k ,you are right in the ball park for maint interval replacement of all the o2 sensors pre and post.Get the proper o2 socket, anti seize only on the top few threads never near the tip.One last thing driving around with a cel on,even though the car seems to be running fine will eventually ruin some part of whatever system you are ignoring.

call autohausaz.com I think they had oem for 80 bucks or so,inquire.
