Instrument Cluster Mercedes Benz E240 T 2001
Hi everyone,
I have problem with some lamps in the instrument cluster in my Mercedes Benz E240 T 2001.
- The light that indicate the gear position and clock which is in the right side of the instrument cluster ( number 14 , 15 ).
- The light that indicate the temperature out side the car which is in the left side of the instrument cluster ( number 5 ).
as you can see in the attached picture.
Can any one help me fix this problem because i checked all fuses and all on them are OK..

The back lighting?
or the pixels?if just the back lighting you need to remove the cluster and replace the bulbs,

follow my links to make the tool, firm wire thinner then coat hanger wire is easier to maneuver.
If the pixels are failing then you need to send it off to the place that repairs them.Sounds like yours is the bulbs.If the pixels are all out on both sides you can also try pulling the cluster and wiggling the connection.
