Door Panels
Will door panel from a 00-02 fit 98-99 or will I have to modify?

No modifications needed. I have seen some used cars for sale that have had one door panel replaced with the older type on the 2000+. I guess they hoped no one would notice and got an older one cheaper. So make sure you get all 4.
