I'm wondering how long is the Emisions warranty for a 1998 Mercedes Benz..?? Is it 7 years 70,000 Miles or 8yr/80,000 miles?? I'm located in Califorina and I have both catalytic converters that need to be replaced. I think federal Emisions warranty is 8yr / 80,000 Miles but I've heard from MBUSA That the federal emisions warranty for califorina is not valid and the 7yr/70,000 warranty is the only one thats valid in CA... It seems as though they are trying to pull a scam here.. can someone Please confirm this... HELP!!!!
