97 MB E420 Muffler/Exhaust Options
Time has come to replace my muffler and exhaust on the 97 E420. What aftermarket options are available for a single pipe inlet and dual pipe outlet exhaust/muffler system? Most I have seen have the dual inlet and dual outlet, but on the 97 E420 this will not work. A more agressive sound would also be great to upgrade to. Thanks.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Start
with oem muffler and delete the front one,you have two on that system ,correct?one front one back.That way when it gets to loud you can change your mind and replace the oem front one.
racepages.com has oem for $150 or so ,free shipping I think.
these cars esp the v8 tend to get loud with non oe systems unless they are very well designed.So the addition of a good resonator in place of the front muffler will modify some of the raspy sound.
