you always need to check proper offset or ET to get the best clearance and rim to wheel well look to avoid the using a spacer issue,they put loads on bearings that can lead to problems so it is best to get the right offset the first time.
I only point out discount tire cuz thats who i deal wheels with,our sponsor tirerack has much the same and maybe more and also if you ask they have tons of tech info and fitment information.

Those should be 18" Renntech's Nova 2pc rims - part of the Renntech package for the W210. Personally, I don't like the multiple bolt holes on those - makes them look like multi-purpose Taiwanese rims. A closer match with appropriate number of holes would be OZ's Superleggera III's but not cheap, neither are HREs.

I'm indifferent to the holes, however I do like the deep dish look on the back wheels.
