"GOT CODES?"

Good luck.

Before you clear the codes, read it and pay attention to which cylinder has misfired. I would start with a new spark plug (cheapest fix). If not fixed it is either the coil or spark plug wire. read below to find out if it is your coil. On the E320 engine one coil sparks 2 cylinders at the same time so you would think if the coil is bad you should be getting misfire on both cylinders associated with that coil. No, don't be misled, a bad coil can still fire one cylinder and not the other. It happened to me and I found out after replacing spark plugs and wires. If you have fairly new spark plugs and wires, I would be suspicious to your coil.
If your engine runs smooth now the code should clear itself or you should get autozone to clear it for you. But expect the problem to be coming back soon. Autozone also checks coils too.
The way I pinpointed the coil (with one cylinder misfiring at all times, after replacing spark plugs and wires): read codes, misfire cyl 5. then switched the coile on cyl 5 with cyl 3, cleared codes, started engine, read misfire cyl 3. so I got a new coil and problem gone.
Few things to keep in mind: Do not use any spark plugs except bosch F8DC4 which are the copper ones, gapped at 0.032 inch (double check this as I'm not 100% confident if i remember right). I am using NGK coppers and they seem to be working well but my next ones will definitely be the F8DC4's. I originally used Bosch Platinum +2 (with the two heads) and got random misfire error code.
Use boot protector grease on your spark plugs to keep them from sticking to the wire boots.
Don't use anti-seize on spark plugs, it is not recommended, creates residue, absorbs dust, and you'll end up over-torquing your spark plugs since it lubricates them.
Torque spark plugs to 20 ft-lbs using a torque wrench. A basic one should be in the range of $7 to $15.
Let us know how it goes.
