I have a 2001 E3320 and went to mbusa.com>Owners Online>Vehicle Info>Manual>Download Manual in PDF format. I would assume that if you have registered through MBUSA.com then your year and model may be available.
I will tell you that MBUSA recommmends a high-speed connection. I downloaded using a 56k connection but the connection would time out-due to the long duration while trying to 'Save' the document. I was able to save it to my computer by scrolling to the next page after it downloaded the current page... 340 pages, took almost three hours but I got to read every page in the process... After all the pages had been viewed I was able to 'save' it to the hard drive and a CD-R for my notebook.
