turn it in to your insurance co. with no witness and no car to prove damage they will file it under malicious damage and you just pay your ded. and get it fixed and be done with it.

the impact may have skewed the dimensions of the rear.....enough so that
the trunk is no longer aligned with the lid. so be sure you sight along the
gap (when closed) to ensure that the tap from the other vehicle hasn't
tweaked the subframe. if so, tack on another grand in labor.
