Cold Winter in NJ with a Meager Heater

Cold Winter in NJ with a Meager Heater
Can anyone help me. When the temp goes below 30 degrees F, it takes a long time for the engine to warm up. Even when the temp is at 80 C, it takes 10-15 minutes for the heat to get the cabin comfortable. The heat should be coming out hot from the bents but it only come out warm.
I did a search and only came up with testing the A/C but not the heat. Any suggestions as to diagnosing it?

the a/c
and the heat work in conjunction with each other.Inside temp outside temp left heater core right heater core,going from memory on the first 4 values,so go into the climate control diagnostics and record the values once the engine is started and again as it warms up.
If it taking to long the thermostat may be stuck or you don't have enough coolant in the radiator,or stuck duo valves.
post the values and In the morning I will record my values with a cold engine and again with it warmed up.Been in the mid 30f at night so it will give you a good indication.
