You can use mild cleaner or even toothpaste to clean off the headlights, works pretty good.

Are you talking about the inside or the outside?? Outside use a polishing compound like mentioned above. Inside, get new seals or new lights. My right light gets moisture in it whenever I wash my car. Goes away in a day or so. I guess I could use a new seal myself...........

11 ML350W2 / 17 GLC300
The seal between the lens and the reflector body is leaking. I have fixed a couple of headlights by removing the headlight, cleaning the joint between the lens and reflector, and using a silicon sealer.
