I just spent the afternoon with my C320 performing the A service. I went over every inch of the car and I plan on doing the E430 in two weeks. My piece of mind is going over every inch of the car and replacing what need to be replaced when MB recommends it. You should do the same and get some sleep.

I feel ya pain. Mine expires in May and I only have 75K miles on my 01 E430.
I have already used the extended warranty for atleast 10K worth of work.
1. Rear Window Regulators.
2. Exhaust
3. Motor Mounts
4. Rear Differential
5. Oxygen Sensors
some other stuff I cannot remember.

I didn't know items 1-5 were at least 10K of work. Wow !!
