'97 E420. There is no such thing as an E55K unless you mean e55 kompressor, which is neither factory MB (probably kleeman??), and never badged.

This car was listed on ebay. It sold for $7300 without the rims, but the guys who I sold it to had a father who needed emergency medical attention, so I refunded the ebay deal. I don't like ebay's new rules, so I was trying to sell it to an enthusiast here who will fix her up nicely!

yeah i dont expect to get near that for it now with the economy how it is. i was surprised that it went for $7300 on ebay just a few months back! i just need to sell it quickly, and am open to any offers. somebody could really make some $ if they dont mind putting a little work into it. the engine is primo too.

thanks again!

What do the wheels/tires cost? Are they damaged? What kind of a rock did you hit? More like a boulder maybe? Only kidding. Sorry you had misfortunes. Looks like a nice ride.

Well the wheels are over $7000 from Brabus. www.brabus.com (monobloc V 20x9.5 chrome). I know people can get them for cheaper, but not when I bought them. There are a lot of replicas floating around online(ebay) that claim to be authentic, but are not, and you can pick em up for ~$2k. These are guaranteed authentic, and any MB enthusiast can tell they are 100% real Brabus rims! I am willing to sell them with the car, or seperate, pm me an offer. I am in zip 81301 for shipping.

Sorry, I didnt clean the rims off well, and that is aleaf under the tire

They have brand new top of the line Michelin Pilot Sport tires with under 1k miles on them. I never really drove with them on the car! The oem rims were on the car, and they don't have any dents or bends at all. Maybe a refinish if you want them to be absolutely perfect again, but not necessary?

The rock was about a football sized one. Didnt really do much damage (I probably could have used the old bumper still), but I cannot afford to do the little work to fix it up. I figured if i had $800 to put into it I could sell it for $9k+ but I am already in debt, and cannot even borrow any$ to fix her up.

Again, I need to sell soon, please PM me with an offer. I may be open to trades.

Will you take my wife as a partial trade? Actually, I didnt realize they were that expensive. I park my car at the airport every week as I fly for a living. I am afraid they will remove themselves from the car never to be seen again................. I'll wait and get a cheaper wheel type that looks like them. Hell, my whole car isnt worth $7,000!!!!

They look great though................

here is a pair of 18" non chrome. they are a little more affordable

like i said ebay is hit or miss, i have heard horror stories about buying expensive rims on ebay.

i was going to offer these rims to a potential buyer for a discounted price, but if you really like them and can afford it, i'd sell them to you for $2350
