Radio move
Hi All,
On the W210 can i swap the radio and spare compartment around. What i mean is i want to drop the radio down one slot then remove and add a single din unit with flip out screen. As the unit is placed lower in the dash the screen will not cover the heater controls.

I don't know if that has been done before. I do know that people have added additional audio components that are in the storage compartment.
Another idea to consider is swapping the position of your heater controls and the radio. This has been successfully done by forum members to accommodate flip out screen radios. Do a search and you should find a few threads on it if you're interested.
