Anyone here updated their command software ??
I am looking to find out if anyone here has updated the software on their Command. From my understanding the update adds a nice Mercedes startup logo and predictive text when entering street names. If anyone here has had success I would certainly like to try this update………..let me know.

I need to do the same. Oliverk do you have the part number for the software update cd or can the dealer just take care of this ?

I just took pictures of my command.
But, I can't recall if there any difference of the MB logo. I am not sure if the MB logo is part of the update.

Did you get the car back? Command installed? Everything working okay? Did your tech reprogam the instrument cluster so the Nav works with it? Anyway, I did some research for you, I don't have this disk but this is the part number and the disk you will need. FWIW the Part # is W 230 589 00 22 00......and I've never tried it.

Hello Tacjam - Yes it installed and works perfect. The cluster needs to be programmed at the dealership to recognize the command. Thanks for the part#....I will order it shortly from the local dealer here. Thx for lloking into this for me.
