Exclamation Hey from Australia

Hey Peoples!
I live in London at the moment, but moving back home to Aus in about 2 months and going back to my 98 E430. I am trying to find out if anyone knows where I can get my hands on an original 00 E55 kit???? How much you reckon this would be worth?

Also, when i put a Remus exhaust on, for some reason, it hangs crooked? I have taken it to the shop so many times, they straighten it, then within like 2 hours its hanging at an angle.. any suggestions? Should i just source an original 55 exhaust? what cost would i be looking at?

Seems like a problem with the hangers, make sure they tighten them up properly.

It could be that the hangers have been bent during shipment, you might want to have a second opinion on the hangers.

Benno2 - Came across this while looking for some roof racks. I don't know enough about the E55 kit, but this may be a start.

Interesting site. They have for sale the suspension, for example, but it says part number 66030002 for the AMG at 677 Brit pounds. Is that for the all around springs or just one?

Q to the supplier:

Hi Folks, Just needing some clarification - your part number B66030002 AMG
Sports Suspension - does that price cover the set for the whole car,

The response from the supplier as follows:

Thank you for your enquiry
The part number would be for front & rear.
As there are some restrictions on what this will fit we would need to check
against your chassis number to ensure it is correct for the vehicle.

..so there we have it.

I'm curious what exactly they provide for that setup. The part number maps to about $650, but I'm not sure what that includes. AMG springs have different part ID for the front versus rear.
