I bought a used MB CD Changer and when I found the wiring harness in the trunk it has a multi pin (10 or 16 or? and a Fiber Optic Cable. Can I use the MC3196NA Per Fiber Optic CD Changer. Was this 1998 a crossover and set up with both?
