Autohaus AZ is likely the cheapest online source.
You need a part from a wrecking yard in that case.

Here's one on eBay $135+$11 s/h
I searched eBay for (w210,e430,e320) window switch* and this was one of the things that came up.
Can't vouch for the quality, sometimes these eBay "new OEM" parts can be cheap knockoffs, but I have used eBay as a source for parts I didn't want to spend a lot of money on with good results.
I wouldn't by something like a MAF from eBay unless I personally knew the seller, but the risk is not as high on a power window switch.
On second thoughts, I notice that switch only fits 1996-1997, but you get the general idea.

Hi,
I have one, from 99 E320. It looks the same as Autohaus, and different from ebay. The part number is 210 821 1051. It works well, the only problem is the airbag light is out.
