1999 e320 4matic wagon front shocks
Has anyone replaced their front shocks... I got a quote on shocks and I am told that because of the rear self leveling that I have to buy the sachs and they are over $500 a piece. My question is, if the fronts are not self leveling why would I need a different shock than the regular 4matic front shocks which can be had for about $140 a each? Puzzled!

front shocks are not self leveling,you just replace them with the

Rears are not leaking,correct?and if they were they are not 500bucks ea at

...Thought so, If you goog the part # w0133-1597485 this is what they told me I need. They are not self leveling fron shocks, but very expensive. The rears are fine.
