w210 19" question.

I'm in the process of getting some 19's for my 2000 e430. I was wondering how that would make my car ride? Stock suspension as of now. Here are some specs about the wheels ;

(2) 19 x 8.5 et 35
(2) 19 x 9.5 et 35

I was told that they should fit my car, heres the link, hes a local
https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-tires/242706-19-black-brabus-vi-reps-c-clk-slk-fitment.html

any feedback helps! thanks in advance

Most

of his threads are selling wheels and tires.either the guy cant make up his mind or he is selling junk yard wheels. Those wheels look like they were painted by a hack.$600 for used up hancook tires?$700 for a cheap set of spray painted rims with rash
Find some nice 18's brand new at tirerack or discounttire.com in nice styles starting at about $100 each up to skys the limit on your budget.Get the proper fitment and proper lugs and have fun.
Beware of the guy who always states something to the effect of"
i don't want anyone to think I am scamming them"
19's from that model in a 35 might fit the rear on your 210 fronts may interfere and rub with tires wide enough not to look silly.
Your ride quality will be ruined. It will be harsh. You will have to worry about pot holes.it will ride like a tank.If you lower it more problems will appear, the ride will get worse and you will need to spend major money to modify the suspension properly to get the car aligned to spec.
He neglected to tell you the lugs wont fit your model and you will require custom lugs to make the rims mount you E class. However he did note sale is final and no returns if the rim don't fit
caveat emptor
ohlord
just a few 18's
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...6253&tc=MBMESS
$560 a set brand new and without the crappy paint job
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand
$520 a set without curd rash
Gotta love it.A guy selling rashed worn rims for more then new,and some member on a c class board telling a newb, yes they will fit.Did he pm you to tell you the price of the special custom lugs you will need to find

"I am a very legit and honest seller "

ohlord knows what he's talking about . If you do decide to go with another set of 19's, a knee-jerk reflex to consider camber bolt kit (4 sets) for the front and a rear camber arm kit to put the car within spec. 19's are doable, but you have to buy these suspension components unless you like replacing expensive 19" tires every 10K miles.

Speaking of rear camber arm kits, does speedybenz still make them?

P.S. My 19's are Lowenharts with the following specs:

19x8.5F ET34 (235/35ZR19)
19x9.5R ET31 (275/30ZR19)

I have a set of 12x1.5 30mm RAD bolts. I had to cut the rear bolts approximately 5mm (3/16ths inch), due to the bolts hitting the E-brake. Hope this helps.

speedybenz

lensolo links and k-mac bushing units all work for lowered rears.

speedy is still out there if not backed up on orders.

camber

kit or not(it will only help get alignment into specs. The car will ride like a tank.Rim damage and cracks will be a constant worry and suspension interference will most likely come at the least expected times. Why not go with a nice set of staggered 18's with enough rubber to cushion the ride and not look funny?
google speedybenz,or k-mac or someone was putting a group buy together for the lensolo unit.
