Anti Rattle clips
I have lost 2 clips from the right front brake in the past month. I'm thinking of just leaving them off. I don't see any safety or performance issues. Opinions?

I know I'm stating the obvious, but my brakes made a really bad rattling sound with these off. I couldn't figure our what was making such a terrible racket when I was driving, and then realized I was missing my front right clip.
I have no idea if leaving these off can damage the car, but it sure made a heck of a noise.
