Dim instrument / climate / radio lights

Hello all- quick question. My dash lights are a bit dim, even plussed up to the max- while the instrument cluster needs one bulb by the tach, the climate and radio bands are just not that bright, but evenly so, like the rest of the car. So I don't think it's an individual bulb. Is there a regulator or any other thing that can cause dimness over time? Thanks!

I hope someone can help. Mine is doing the same thing only I have no lights on the climate control. I'm a DIY so I hope it is an easy fix.
