(Yes I did a search first, but nobody had the symptom of both switches not working).

Disconnect the battery neg lead, key out, step on the brakes for 30 seconds
Rehook the lead and sync all the windows roof etc.,start the car turn the wheels all the way left to all the way right a few times to center the steering wheel angle sensor. Then see if the window works.

I usually just turn off the car and restart it and they are fine
. I have checked my switches and the whole center console for any loose wires but found nothing. I would go with Ohlord's advice, try it out and if not then try and clean our your switches. Sometimes they will not have good contact due to all the crud that accumulates....good luck.

You guys were right (as always)
. The window has been working fine since I rolled it up with the remote. I didnt have to do anything (yet). So, I guess the window just got out of synch. I've printed this post and tacked it up on my garage wall though in case it stops working for good.....
