Bekkers unresponsive after placed order
Anybody here dealt with Bekkers? Since they were a forum sponsor I decided to purchase a part from them, and they have been unresponsive. They charged my credit card over a week ago, and I have not gotten any confirmation from their side with regards to a shipping date or even a confirmation number. I am not sure what to do (short of a chargeback) to get them to respond.
