Thanks for the detailed reply!!! I finished the ash tray and last night I finished wiring the vol knob off of the remote vol like you did. I havent decided where to put the knob yet. Im thinking about putting it in the plastic on the bottom left of the drivers seat so I can smoothly just drop my hand down and mute it. Not sure yet but I will be doing it today probably. After that is done its on to the main unit. Theres no chance for my headrest. You got nice and lucky with it fitting in there like that. No go with mine. I wonder what the spread of the posts are on your model headrest. It might be possible to get one from your car, and replace the leather with my leather. Maybe? Here's a link to some pics of the finished job. If yiou arent a member and cant see them let meknow Ill send you the link to snapfish where you can see ALL of the pics throughout the job. Let me know what you think! Thanks.

Cost to have the mirror done was around $500. I can't recall exactly. Then you have the cost of the V1 itself along with the concealed display and remote audio accessories. That is around another $500 or so. Probably another $20 in wiring, fuses, etc and then whatever the labor would run if you don't install it yourself. I did my own install so I have no idea on what the install cost would run.
