722.6 Fluid Level Question
Hello all;
I was checking my E320's 722.6 fluid level today, and at 80C (+- a few degrees) the fluid showed about 20MM below the 80C level (right about halfway between the 25C max level and the 80C min level). How much fluid is this, and is it critical? The fluid and filter were just changed at the stealer a few weeks ago. Thanks...

Was
the engine running when you measured the fluid?Run the car up to operating temp and then you will know that the trans fluid is the same since it goes through the cooler.Then measure it running.it should be at the mid point of the 80 c mark.If not they did not fill it properly and being that low is not good for the transmission.
