100k maintenance?
Today it has 108,000 miles.
I haven't had any preventive maintenance done since I've owned it, so I'm wondering - which of the big things should I do, and which things should I not let the Mercedes dealer talk me into doing?

Seems like the consensus on the forum is that tranny fluid should definitely be flushed and I'm probably overdue on that. What about brake or radiator fluids?
Are there any other big 100+k mile jobs that I should consider that will help keep this thing running forever? It's almost paid off so I might as well do the right thing for it since I'll probably just keep it forever.

At 100k trans fluid and filter you can diy
mercedesshop.com resource diy section.1999 has the drain for the converter so you can easily drain it all
oil and filter also at above oil and filter change#2
fuel filter diy on benzworld.org w210 diy section
Spark plugs ngk7090 about $2.89 each times 12
I have the special dipstick and pan magnet for the trans pm me for delivered price,I also have the 17mm offset boot tool that makes the plugs an easier job.
At 100k O2 sensors should be changed, but you can wait until after a bit so you can budget the above items.
If you really intend to keep it,spend the money to maintain it and keep on top of it and it will last a long time.

I'd personally do it again every 50-60k thereafter pending driving style.
Might want to look at sway bar links and bushings; also shocks possibly and LCA bushings although yours being 4 matic may not be as suspectible to wear as others.
