Bronze. I used to run bronze wheels on my silver WRX. Never seen it on a Benz, but I'd be curious. It's also really easy, because it's the same color as brake dust. Black wheels look dull and browned with brake dust on them. Bronze wheels look about the same.

Don't everyone chime in at once... These should fit based on the photo examples but does the 4matic have a difference in front suspension that would hinder/rub?

Good idea, I had also thought about body color matching too. If I had a silver or white w210, bronze would have been my first choice.
I have actually gone through a few sets of wheels since the w211's, right now I am refinishing some Brabus 3-piece.

4 matic
they should be fine on the 4matic as long as they are not staggered.

Thanks Illest. These appear to be 05' e500 wheels and tires correct? I got the tire size and rim size but not width or offset from the previous posts in this thread. Anyone know more? Thanks!

Yes the wheels will fit your 4matic, they are not staggard and the offset is correct. Although, the wheel lug holes on the w211 wheels are for a 14mm bolt rather than your 12mm bolt, so to fit the correct way, you will need to order a 12mm bolt with an 14mm seat radius, and I believe they should have a 26mm shank.

The lug bolts can be ordered from radusadirect.com for $43.99 plus ship.

installed e500 sport wheels on 994matic wagon

So, fit is a little tight near upper control/a-arm??? in the front.
No rub though! Got the different lugs...thank you for the link! All in with the michellin pilots/tire rack out of stock at $242 with 05-06 e500 sport wheels with no rash and next to no tire wear at $715. sweet!
Thanks again forum for not steering me wrong!

Front suspension is different on the 4matic and the offset (ET) is different for it as well. No real problem as long as you stay with stock sizing and don't go too extreme on tire width.

Yep. Here are two pictures of my wagon, and there is a sedan further up this thread. See https://mbworld.org/forums/members/j...sert-dust.html for a few more pics of mine.
