about 900 shipped. By the time I started looking at these rims aftermarket plus shipping plus tires and mounting I saved a good amount of money buying these over aftermarket plus their OEM.

Ooooohh, I like. It looks simple, clean, and tasteful especially on a w210 body.
It actually looks more at home on a w210 than on the w211 (E320?) it came from, IMO.... almost like old school too.

Very nice

I usually don't like any wheel modifications on any MB (AMG excepted). I always like the originals the best. Yours look great. Original MB yet unique to the w210.

Very nice! These are one of the few non original wheels that really improve the look of the car, IMO.

Did they bolt right on or did you have to use any spacers or different size lug bolts? What year/model W211 did they come from? What tire size are you running with them?

Thanks,
Fred

Hey you need different size lugs. They came from a 2005 E500 I believe. Tire size is 245 45 R17 I know its been asked a lot in the past so here is a direct link to the lugs I purchased.

Thank you, it's good to be here.
Slammed, ha, you should have seen the BMW 5 series with coils I sold to buy this car, was a good inch or two lower.
I have the H&R cup kit with number 5's front and 4's rear. Was going to go with smaller pads, but the front is already tight as a drum with the wheel turned. I like the way this setup looks as is, and I could hardly notice a difference in ride quality.

Here is a pic of the pass side wheels painted satin black with carbon fiber caps. I think the rears need a spacer to compliment the look better, but I am happy with the way these look until I can get my hand on a set of 3-piece AMG's.

I just bought some W211 wheels too, after researching the tires, I put Toyo Versado LX's on them, and they ride very quiet and smooth!

They looked 100x better before you painted them, now they just look dirty imo

I can respect that opinion. I think the chrome accents throw the wheel color off as well. I like the satin black, but I'm not sold on it (hense why only the pass side wheels are painted). I love the wheels, but I don't want them in silver like all the others. Any suggestions besides silver?

Glad you're enjoying them, Chris.

I never heard back from you after your received them, but it looks like you're satisfied with them. I miss those Michelins. They're without a doubt, the best tire I've ever driven on.

Car looks great.

Thanks! I got them off Ebay, they were $500. I think they are the standard 17" W211 E500 wheels.

i plan to pick up the exact same wheel/tire as socalsounds. i'm aware of the shorter bolt shaft. is this correct for your setup? i dont want to play games with non returnable bolt sets
