wheel spacers on a 4 matic

I have read that a staggered wheel setup is not recommended on 4 matics.
My understanding of a staggered setup would be that wheels on the fr/rr would have differerent widths and as well as the tire size/ratios . Which brings up my question.
Would using wheel spacers on the rears, but using the same tire size and wheel width classify as staggered?

I am basically running on 17x8.5 et 35 with 10mm spacer on the rears, that would drop the offset to ET25 . Tires on all 4 corners are 235/45/17. Staggered????
