problem after rims

problem after rims
the place where i took the rim to be mounted on put on a longer stud lug and made a clunk noise..so when i finally figured it out and replace a shorter stud lug my car is making a hissing squeeking sound whiile going 5mph when i go fast teh sound goes away. this is only on the left rear passenger side.. what can it be? and what is inside the hub inside where the long stud went in...

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
It
went through and hit the brake system,check the parking brake ,check for damage to the backside of the rim,check the whole system.Now
ohlord
the shop is obligated to fix the issue.

before i go out to a indie shop or the dealer...
what the price range for parking brake assembly job on one side only?
Or is there a DIY?

Go to
the shop that installed the rims and have them inspect the damage.

i wish i can but its 148miles away.. i think the more i drive it the more damage it might get..and dont want to pay for towing since i dont have AAA. lol

Most of the Time when a Tire shop installs a longer wheel bolt..The Bolt knocks off the Parking brake shoe hold down spring as it sticks out and its the first to go

remove the rear brake caliper
remove the rear brake rotor
inspect for damage

The Springs that fail are in the pic..right side four of them

i couldnt take the rotors off so i took it to some indie place it took them 1.5 hours trying to remove the rotor to take a look and 10minutes to replace the hold down spring and only charge me 75dollars....problem solved

thats what i was going to do. i even took pics to prove to them that they used the wrong size lug bolt and screwed up my ebrakes.
